TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

telephoneIf you are looking for advice but do not feel you need an appointment you can speak to one of the doctors or the nurse on the phone.

The receptionist will take details of your query along with your telephone number and arrange for the doctor to call you back at the end of surgery.

For telephone consultation requests after 12pm the doctor will normally call you back the following day unless the request is deemed urgent.

PLEASE NOTE:

When the Surgery calls you back it is an NHS number that usually starts with 0800. This number does not receive incoming calls.
